They have been warned, and as it is modern in the present time, they re-invent physics daily, and don't learn of the many mistakes.
I just saw another blurb on the northwest cable news (Washington and Oregon news) about the solar roadways guy....
This guy is in Idaho near Spokane Washington. So, this blurb said they are getting millions of dollars from the
US government ! (Or so I thought they said)...
Didn't they learn anything from solyndra ?

there was a discussion on the naws forum long ago about this when it was first being proposed. we tore it apart even then. i'm not sure if it's still on there as the forum became a train wreck. i wonder if this was another thing obama invested in that they spent the $ on themselves? why wonder right?
