Tried to submit a ticket yesterday twice, not sure if it went through for my Classic 150. Kept getting Unable to save draft. Refresh the current page to restore and continue your draft. After hitting the submit button, it said this will take a little bit and then went back to the submission page. My Classic 150 is sick :(

It may be that because of the weekend, nobody is actively looking at this.
Sometimes they do check out these tickets on the weekend though.
I'm sure that first thing in the morning it will be looked at and responded to, if not sooner.

Thanks for your reply! Wasn't sure if human intervention happened, I thought I'd get an automated reply saying your ticket has been submitted or an email to that effect. Guess I'll maybe give them a call tomorrow.
