hi--is there a midnite solar part number or outside source for the breaker mounting clips and 3-1/2" 10-32 screws that go with the clip? we're looking for 10 clips.

Yes MidNite has those I would have to get you a part number for them or feel free to call us and ask for Walter and tell him you need the straps and screws for the XW Epanel.
