I noticed that these 2 boxes look a lot alike, like identical! :o :o

If you look close at the wiring diagram for the xfer switch vs. the wind breaker box, the
xfer has 4 60 amp AC breakers while the wind box has two 63 amp DC breakers.

I don't see the blue MidNite Solar badge on the wind breaker front.

I believe that is the only difference, but I am sometimes wrong about this kind of stuff.

boB is correct. The Big Baby box is the foundation for a few configurations. There are 2 versions of it as an AC transfer switch one has 4-30amp AC breakers the other has 4-60amp AC breakers. There is a DC stop switch as you found.
