Title: Can't set EQ voltage through local app
Post by: stephendv on September 14, 2012, 07:36:10 AM
Whenever I set the EQ voltage through the local app and save the value, the app responds with "Data written to classic", but if I switch to a different view and then switch back again to the EQ screen the EQ voltage has been set to the Absorb voltage value.

Perhaps this is related to the modbus address off-by-one problem? http://midnitesolar.com/smf_forum/index.php?topic=721.0

If it is the same problem then this could be dangerous to people using the local app, since it could be writing values into dangerous reserved modbus registers.

The latest version of the local application needs to be released.  It will allow you to set the equalization voltage....  and some other things as well.

The local application accounts for the added 1 offset for the modbus specifications...  fortunately.
