Title: Programming the Rosie Mobile with a laptop?
Post by: Pr4mr22 on May 08, 2025, 11:41:50 AM
Is this possible or is the MNGP required?

I have Hawkes Bay not Rosie but both use MNGP2.
Midnite hasn't released any computer software for it.
So I think you will have to rely on the MNGP2 .
I believe Solar Assistant software is supporting these but as far as I know just for monitoring. Some people  are using Node Red to monitor . There is a Canbus document published for some of these generation devices but not sure if any of them will write changes. If they do you would be on your own to figure out how to do it.

Okay, Thanks.  That's what I needed to know... adding the MNGP2 to the order list.
