Title: Discharging batteries to the grid

I have a couple of MN15-12kw-AIOs. They seem to pick an arbitrary time and sell my batteries to the grid. This completely blows my plan of being able to time shift my use. Anyone else had this problem and more importantly a work around? Thanks
