Title: Little Rosie RE progress
Post by: Saggys on August 17, 2025, 01:06:21 PM
How is the development of Little Rosie and it's E-panel progressing?

Would really like to see the finished product as I will be doing an install late this year that this would probably work perfectly.

MNLR4548RE is all UL approved, The second run of them is being built this week. We have shipped the first run a few weeks ago. The breaker box designed to match is expected to ship mid October

Now I just need to get them on the website

Any chance there are some pictures of the e-panel you could post?

Will there be access to the on/off switch with the e-panel?

I had to remove some material on my MN3548 e-panel to be able to use the on/off switch.

Looks like its covered along with the led lights. The lights are covered on the Rosie bb as well, if I had a rosie bb I'd be tempted to drill and pop a couple of lightpipes in to be able to see the status leds.

I just turn it on and off via mngp2 or via its mnedc250 battery breaker, however for little rosie its not recommended to use the battery breaker as a regular substitute for the on/off switch when perusing the Little Rosie bb manual.

I did see in the LR3648M manual that it can be configured for a remote on/off switch. I hope it's the same for the LR4548RE model.

Using the MNGP2 would be fine with me, I am guessing it would also show the status like the LED's?

Will this be sold with a pre-wired e-panel like Big Rosie? Or as a add on like my MN3548? I see SolarBiz has them listed now.

Looks like solarbiz need to update their listing to show its 4500W at 25C, not 40C:

"4500 Watts @ 40C/ 48 Volt DC"

Waiting for street pricing on the MNE125LR-120, only Midnite lists it at this time.
