Hi,

Will this fix the lack of data on My MidNite on-line since 14:27 (Aust EST) 19th August? Local App is showing data OK.

Times now appear correct for data up to that point!

Well My Midnite itself is responsible for time etc. This was supposed to make the Classics a touch more reliable calling in but that turned out to not be the case. The issue is a Name server lookup issue. Andrew will be eyeballs deep into it today I promise.

Hi,

I did the FW upd this morning, I am getting data now in the main graph for today. The mini graph hasn't fully reached today, maybe it will after a few more data points.

Hi Ryan, just what exactly does this  BETA FW ''correct'' ?
You may remember the issue we worked on when MM2 went live...   Latency was the culprit and a change of ISP cured the problem

Aug 28:  I  received my last  data, time stamped  08:34  PST this morning and is still down....

contacted ISP and he pinged  my site and confirmed  the issue was not the local system, he also did a firmware update after that

PS,  I will not  be on site till Friday PM...

Hi Westbranch,

If you refresh a time or two the current data should come up.
I will bet they did a reset. That tends to make this happen for a few days when they do.

HTH,
Doug

FW update in order tomorrow.

well I may have jumped the gun as it has returned but now I am getting the issue of a refresh removing some of the data and having to keep refreshing till it advances the time stamp...
3 hrs later:  well the main frame does not want to divulge any of its data again...

All,

I have been getting the following when i go to the www.mymidnite2.com

There will be no data on the screen, then I refresh the page and the data is there.

In my experience, this is usually caused by having  load-balancing on the web server and one of the load-balanced servers is configured incorrectly and returns no data, while the other are correctly configured and return data.

Who do we ask to see if this is the case?

Matt
