Title: Does the Classic SL use the same MNGP as the regular Classic?

Does the Clssic SL use the same MNGP as the regular Classic?

I only have Midnite Lite's and have been thinking about getting a MNGP, and a spare would be nice as well, I only have solar so was thinking about getting a Classic SL to use as a spare. It would be no hassle using it in a slave/Follow me mode.

Yep.  Think of the "Lite" as really light (as in no MNGP but the MNLP with LEDs and switches, but the

SL as  "Sorta Lite" because it isn't quite as lite.  Turns out that MNGP is so much more useful

for diagnosing and knowing what's going on.   Kinda like TV vs. radio.  An LCD is worth like a 1000

words.

LOL!

Thanks boB!

Somewhere/how, I've gotten back to a short absorb time, and it would be nice to switch it back to 3 hours without dragging out the computer. So you are right on target!

boB , I have one spare Classic in back up , BUT still building .

Can or Should a MNGP be removed to dio a lite or SL if the full classic is working ?  & in use ?

Im thinking it's the brains ! / controller / regulator !

Not in follow me , there all we need to do is move the the other address of the stack & view , but to a different system / voltage . area ??

TIA
