Title: My new Classic 200 - Log data/webserver and Arc Fault
Post by: DanTheDane on March 13, 2019, 09:49:28 AM
Hi,

I'm the new happy owner of a Midnite Classic 200 charge controler. I'm building a hybrid system of a 2kw wind turbine and a 1.2kw solar array. 1 Midnite for solar and 1 for the wind turbine(s)

My questions are:

1. Regarding data log'ing and how you usually get access to these data from the internet. Would you please point me in the right direction. Do you use e.g. a Raspberry Pi/Webserver or do I have to get a Midnite accessory to be able to do this?

2. Arc Fault/Protection etc, I suppose you'll have to connect a dumpload per phase anyway?

Thanks in advance,

KR,
Dan

Graham is also working on some other Classic monitoring projects that make it easier to access info across the internet without having to open ports and stuff like that .
