Title: Local App/ MyMidnite for Classsic 250 and Sunny Island web connectivity
Post by: EricSmith on February 28, 2020, 05:05:37 PM
I sure this toppic has come up but can't find a lot of information I assume I will have to use a combination of a few things to get Remote monitoring like Sunnybox or "Mate 3S/Optics" funtionality. my question is how do I configure this system.
Do I make a local netwrok and use a
-MIDNITE, MNSICOMM, CLASSIC MODBUS TO SUNNY ISLAND CANBUS COMMUNICATIONS ADAPTER?
and/or
somthing with this raspberry PI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdV4x925au0&t=3s
Thank you
Eric

You can use a Raspberry Pi with Node Red to do all kinds of things -if you have the geek and programming smarts to grab the data from all your devices and then display them like Andreas Speiss shows in his video.

For remote monitoring the Classic you may be interested  in this recent project
