nicejob - but I don't get what that is holding the horizontal pivot pipe on the the vertical pipes ? You video cut off just when I think  you were going to talk about that.
if you get a big wind there may be a lot of force pushing on that .
That rack must be pretty heavy with all that steel.

It does look like it should hold pretty well !

Don't know about wind loading ?  Does the wind blow much there ?

I am guessing there is some anchorage in the ground ?

We get pretty strong winds........the poles are sunk  deep with about a yard of concrete.......may have to anchor the 4 corners.....we'll see.......

The center pipe is resting in half tubular steel......and locked down on there....can't come out......
