boB,

Just installed 1849/1839 on my Classic 250 and thought I would look at this input voltage issue again. So changed from Legacy P&O to Solar mode. The same happened again, the solar input voltage dropped within 10 seconds to 31v and 112W power and stayed there even though shortly before in Legacy mode the input voltage was 85 with power of 485 watts (from 700 watt array).
Tried changing a few times over an hour with same results.
Legacy P&O works great so I will leave it there for a while

BTW, 1849 loaded problem free using Asus R552 laptop with W8
I did notice after the 100% loaded message then 2-3 minute delay for Classic update successfully then another longer delay of about 4-5 minutes before the black box disappeared.

Yeah, next release will (I think, hope) will have the fix for this.

Well, actually, you'll all get to test a beta of this first.
That should be sooner than a release.

And,  just FYI,  boB,

The sticking just above Vbat,  in Solar mode,  is almost non-existent on the system with a String Vmp of 106 V on a 48 V battery.

It is quite common on the system with a String Vmp of 93 V nominal,  but this is seldom an issue,  as this system is underutilized - NBD.

Am down one rev or maybe even two on FW.
