No voltage at load terminals

Hate to bring this June topic up again but finally trying to use the kid for more than just keeping the batteries happy.
12V 400AH US Batterys (2x6V). All connected with breakers in 125 MS mini panel. Would like to use the Kid to turn some relays on and off. The 3rd horizontal fuse has been installed and looks in good shape. Whiz bang Jr reads fine. Under Battery, I have it set  Manual load ON/Auto. In Load, Set Low batt Reconnect  at 12.1 and 13.2. My battery was at 12.3-4. Still nothing. Please, what am I missing? I'll eventually use Divert or Float on but right now just want to see some voltage off the load terminals.
Thanks, PK

Connect a Load (12v LED) to the load terminals.
the load needs to have a load for you to see anything.
With a DMM you will not be able to see any change when the load comes on or Off.

Does your Blue LED come on when you set the Load to Manual ON?

PK I think it may have to get up to the high voltage before it turns on.

Thanks Guys!

It must have been the voltage. It does show voltage on my DMM without a load once the battery hit 12.5V. Must have been my settings. All good now. With a relay, now it's turning the inverter off when the battery is low and also a relay to transfer power from this system to another PV system.
