How well does the Classic deal with misaligned solar strings (say, 30 degrees)?

What would the Classic do if I were to run two parallel strings of panels, facing different directions by some amount?

Each series string would be pointed the same direction, but the parallel groups would be aimed off by a bit - I'm thinking of putting up my next bank angled around 30 degrees to the west of south, for late afternoon/evening production.

How will the MPPT algorithms be affected by this?  Will it figure it out, or will it just confuse it enough that I'd be better off keeping all the panels aligned?

It should work just fine, I have 2 parallel arrays of 4 series panels each, facing Due S  and a 3 rd parallel array of 4 series panels,   offset to SW +-

I  have not done any number crunching, just that it give 3 hrs more output as the 2 arrays get shaded about 3 pm...
