high amps

In logs I noticed a high watt stat for daily. is this the battery side? I saw a reading for 3020w on one and 2860w on the other array.  Both arrays are rated 2040.  3020/24v=125a 3020/30v=100a .  I expect peak amps from these arrays to be ~75a so I'm trying to figure out what is going on.

thx

Not sure exactly what that means, but similar arrays are not perfectly matched for all cases.  Could have been from slight partial shading when an edge of cloud event came along or something weird like that.

Yes, that figure is for the output (battery) and the power must be present for a couple of seconds (I think) for it to register higher than the previous high amp value.

oh, I'm not worried about the difference.  Both number are alot higher than I expect.  My concern was going over the rated amperage of the classic 150.  Do you see typically see150% of pv ratings on the output side?

When you are least expecting it, a cloud can come by and that edge of cloud prismatic effect can temporarily drastically increase your output power.  It's great to watch.

So, when you were watching, how long did that last ?  I would normally not expect an EOC event to last much more than a minute or so.
But it is possible.

I didn't actually see it. It was recorded in the max watt stat in the daily log.
