Classic 150 display gone blank

Hi there.

I there. Had considerable trouble registering.

We installed two (2) Classic 150's on our Off-Grid 4.5Kw Solar/24VDC 1200 amp AGM battery setup in 2015. The system has run well with no issues at all with the Classic 150's until early last year.

The issue is that one unit's LED display started going bright then dark, then after about 12-18months of this faded out over a period of weeks early last year. Now it is blank.
The two units are set up in follow me mode, so assume that is what's happening. Now the second unit is doing the same thing, the display alternating between bright and dark at times.

I purchased a new display from a dealer in Australia, the only one in the country I was told. I was also told that the MidNite Solar equipment is out dated and I should change to Victron. (Sales pitch ?)

Received the new LED display today and its the wrong one. Only has one (1) button. Which model Solar Controller it fits I do not know but the part number on the box is MNLP.

I have contacted Midnite Solar via their web form last year about the display problem, in about September 2023, and still waiting for a reply.

So my question is,
1) Is there a US supplier that can ship to Australia a replacement LED display ?.
2) Can this one be fixed ?.
3) Is this problem a common issue ?.
