Got this great Classic as 2nd unit next to my 'lite' and wondering it loses time and date after a off.on
As I understood, this is normal in the classic lite, as it has no RTC and Battery.
But the non-lite with MNGP has RTC/battery.

This happened now two times, so I am asking for how can this happen?

Backup-Battery has 3,10 volts, this is okay. :D and yes I removed the isolation at the battety :D
Also contacts are clean and the springs are ok too.

Any idea?

Try removing the coin cell battery and pushing down on the center fork spring on its holder, then put the battery back in again.

It might not be making good contact.
