Classic Lite's leds all blinking "lost connect" after 2096 update

Since the update, my lites keep losing their connection and blink all their leds. This never happened once in the 3 1/2 years since the install.  Even though all the leds are blinking, I can still see and access both classics on the local app and also view my system on Midnite2. Do I have yet another setting to "reset"?

had similar
the MNLP was then replaced by midnite and this fixed it
the old one had a bug, thats fixed with the new panel
