New to post. Yesterday I had an issue with my Rosie(2nd time in the year that it has been operating). It reset overnight, had name and date screen on display. Renamed and set the date/time and fault light wont stop blinking. It runs and charges ok but concerned that Rosie moght have a deeper issue.Any suggestions will be helpful.

ser#6596, bootloader ver. 22.08.06, FW ver. 23.02.02.01, updated to 23.07.05.01 before shipped to me last year and I did a FW update to 24.3.15 when this happened in April of this year and has been doing ok since then. Till yesterday.
MNGP2 ver. 24.2.8

You should probably open a repair ticket on the midnite website.
I don't have a Rosie but have seen others reporting some odd behavior and the tech support will be able to help you with anything you need to try or if repair is needed.

I would go to the menu item to "revert to previous FW" and let it do that. I think it is in SETUP>INVERTER CONFIG>INVERTER SPECIFIC>ROSIE  Caution, the GREEN and YELLOW LED's that point out the bottom and are hidden by the Breaker Box will cross-flash during the update which can take 7 to 9 minutes Do Not power cycle Rosie until you can press the INV button on the MNGP2 and it does not say "NO INVERTER".  If you do you will break the update.

When done reverting power everything off for 30 seconds then back on.  Remember, wait until the INV button does not say "NO INVERTER".  Then Update both the Rosie and MNGP2 again.  The MNGP2 may report "On latest" which is okay.  After the APP reports UPLOAD FINISHED wait a good 10 minutes OR until you can press INV and don't get "NO INVERTER".  This means the update is finished.

Newer FW has the "NO FACTORY FM" error suppressed as well as the RED LED.  This does not effect operation and engineering is looking into the NO FACT FW issue which appears to be a false report as the "FACT FW" does seem to be there...

An update, I did what you suggested Wizbandit and it worked great! No errors, no faults but it still shows factory FW as 0.0.0, dont know why but Rosie is still humming along. Any more issues I will let you know. Thanks Wizbandit.
