Are you having any issues with your Rosie since the update? I updated my single Rosie system Friday and see the same error message recorded.  However, Rosie has run fine since the update.  It might go away if you/I reset the inverter to factory settings and I'll do that myself when I have some down time.  Please let the group know if this clears the message or your Rosie acts abnormally.

I just saw that MN posted a Beta firmware update on Dec 5th that fixed this glitch.  Also released another Beta firmware update this morning.  Thank you MN!

I didn't notice any issues with the Rosie operation. But it is a customer's system an hour drive away and I've been worried about it starting/stopping/charging with the generator.

Glad to know that there is a fix available.

This isnt a real error it was a bug in the MNGP2 code I just release 24.12.10.00 that fixes the red error led

I got back out to the customer's site yesterday and found that since upgrading to FW 24.10.24.00 Rosie isn't charging batteries. It starts and connects to the generator so that the loads are carried by the generator, just no battery charging. 

Also updated the MNGP to FW 24.12.10.00. The Stacking Leader warning is no longer displayed, no errors or warnings are being displayed, but the Error light is still flashing.

The lack of charging is a bug that causes a Hi and Low battery temp error and causes the ROsie to not charge. Unplug the BTS foe now or update using Beta app to 24.12.16.00 this fixes the bug

Even though the error light was flashing, no errors or warnings were displayed.

First there is factory installed firmware that won't let Rosie boot when she's cold. Now firmware (not beta but released firmware) that gives errors when the BTS is cold. I need these firmware designers to understand how joyous it is to stand in an unheated shed at 20°F and do firmware upgrades. Not once but twice in two weeks. And now only for a beta release, so I'll be out there yet again. They should be there with me for the experience. No joy here guys

Got Rosie charging batteries again by disconnecting the BTS. Firmware still needs to be updated. Wasn't able to try the beta release because there is no internet available at the site.

Midnite tech support rocks! Still feeling no joy for all the firmware problems.

More to report. Transitions from inverter power to generator are poor. Customer has a 12kW Kohler. With just a simple 200-watt load the lights blink off while making the transition from inverter to generator. Going from generator to inverter seems to work much better.

Are you running in the Grid mode or Generator mode?

Generator has a VERY wide window and I am guessing the Rosie is picking up the generator on spool up this the brown out? With a solid genset like this I would run in Grid mode

I have it running in generator mode with a one minute warmup. I can try grid mode to see if the transition to the generator is better but a warmup period is needed for winter operation.

The reason I ask is in gen mode the voltage and hz windows open by default to the widest available this can make the transitions appear worse as it chases the generator on spool up and down. You may try narrowing those windows some
