Battery Config Menu addition - Enable Charger SOC% ???

I saw a post on the MNPowerFlo5 forum and someone had posted the Battery Config settings for his Rosie with the latest Production Firmware, 25.11.13.08.  I saw a new (to me?) item below the Chemistry entry, titled 'Enable Charger SOC%'.  See picture below.  I downloaded this newer Firmware, but my Rosie does not list this menu item. I do NOT run PowerFlo batteries and run my system Open Loop.  Does this menu item appear ONLY if you run PowerFlo batts or run in closed loop ops?  Anybody else have this menu item?

I saw it before in the last 3 upgrades firmware. Go back to the old firmware maybe you have your answer.
