Installed the software and updated it.  Now, I cannot see any live data.  I get an error screen.  The rest of the access panel works fine.  I got this error #2002 when the updated software installed, but I had not accepted the license.  I accepted the license, and the message went away.  I have uninstalled and deleted the software and files on the hard drive.  Is it an Air problem?

Everything worked fine with the original status panel installed.  The update caused the problem.

I cannot say for sure but my often faulty memory tells me this #2002 error is an Adobe AIR error and is pretty much benign or not a problem?

I think.

Maybe.

The live data issue seems to have been an issue recently and is not your install. Mine both bail out trying to look at that on the Local App.

Yes,  "error #2002"  appears to be an AIR problem and we cannot seem to fix that so
I just expect it to come up and ignore it for now.

Not sure about the loss of live data though.  Will see what Andrew has to say about that one.

I am a dunce.  When the software was installed, "Enable Data Logging" box was not checked.  It is working fine now.  My apologies for the bother.  Have a nice day.
