I need to mount an emergency disconnect on the outside my home. I have stacked 3648's in a 120/240 configuration. Do I need two disconnects or just one? Do the neutrals get disconnected? We use NEC 2008 here.
Thanks!

Robin

NEC 2008 does not require a disconnect on the outside of the house. NEC2014 will.
You can do this today with our Birdhouse and Battery disconnect module. We do not have the BDM on our website yet, but we do have all the parts to build a few hundred. I also have not priced it out yet. Assume it will retail for $100 to $150. Each inverter would need the BDM and a special 175 amp breaker that has the disconnect capability. We also have those in stock. $price for the breaker is $129. (also not on our website yet.)
Since none of this stuff is readily available, we can sell it directly to you. I am surprised that you need it though since it is not a requirement. Fire Marshalls have the authority to demand it regardless of NEC, but electrical inspectors cannot.
Let us know what to do if anything.
