Excel form for csv file

Can anyone share an Excel file with all the formula's in it that I can just import the downloaded CSV file from my midnite into ? I am not too proficient with this program to make it do anything like charts or graphs . One of these days I will have to take the time to learn - or can learn when I see how someone else has done it !
