Thanks. Here is what I have:

Firmware Rev: 1923
Network Rev: 1839 Classic was purchased 2 months ago
Battery Temp Settings: 25 deg C at 1% compensation
Amp/Hour efficiency: 94%
Actual temp: 23 deg C
Net Amp: -65

I am in Bulk Mode right now...showing 80% charged at 25.4v on the battery. Before daylight charging it was at 84%.

While you're not at the latest production firmware I don't think that will matter here. Your issue is the -65 Amp load you are taking out the batteries. I don't know how much solar you have but it isn't keeping up with your load.

Edited - Maybe I am reading this wrong and this is not really your WBjr Amps. So maybe the -65 is the accumulated Amp Hours that have been removed from your batteries at this point. Yep 80% would be about -68.4 Amp Hours. Looks like you have 1Kw of panels. How many amps are being put back in to the batteries? Look at the system Amps on the LA Status while in Bulk MPPT and good sunlight on panels and tell us what that shows.

You show in signature 1KW solar panels wired series-series-parallel (94.5VMP). Yet the photo of the LA is show 50 some volts from the PV and no Watts so maybe that was taken at night.

I will equalize and check Specific Gravity today and post the results. Is there anything else that can be done?

Westbranch

Yes, do a SG check before the EQ at the end of Absorb, start of Float,  ...  never  know what may show up that you will wan to track afer the EQ

have fun and watch the batt temps

Check this picture out. NOW it seems to be reading correctly. Hmm.

The only thing I did was to use the Classic 150 to equalize the battery bank after they were fully charged. And, I didn't reach full charge the past couple of days after that due to clouds. It went into Absorb...but, didn't hit Float.

Is is working correctly now? Or am I still missing something?

Chris

Westbranch

Looks like it should...  just what did you do?  For ??  Hrs., and what were the SG results, start and finish?...

Don't know what time you took that picture so kind of hard to determine if your batteries are going to get charged properly. You haven't posted your S/G readings that Westbranch asked about.

How about a picture of the WBjr Status Page on the MNGP.

Will do...got things shut down right now due to the storms in Oklahoma. You know, the usual tornadoes, hail, wind, lightning...
