Beta Firmware release and read me

I will keep a running post of all firmware here with a list of changes. The post will be locked as to keep it clean so, please feel free to start a post regarding any specific issues or questions

Beta Firmware released today for MNGP2 version 23.01.06.00

Changes:
1- Changed the layout for Rosie only basic status screen
2- Fixed the bug where if you highlighted a battery chemistry on start up but didn't push the knob again to save it then the system would select flooded instead
3- Fixed bugs in Barcelona voice files on status screen

Beta Firmware released today for MNGP2 version 23.01.24.00

Changes:
1- Changed the layout for Rosie only basic status screen
2- Changed generic name (IE Hawke's Bay) to the actual given name when in device specific menus
3- Fixed more bugs in Barcelona voice files on status screen
4- Several logging enhancements
5- Changes to factory restore screen for more clarity
