Turning off Rosie based on Wbjr SOC

is this based on SOC using Wbjr? or battery volt

In my case I don't have a wbjr so it shut down based on low voltage I think default was 48V. Using Victron smart shunt and Cerbo s/vrm until the Midnite monitoring solution is released
