Fan direction for Rosie - reversed?

This is the first time I've put any real load on my Rosie when I didn't have the fan noise from my 450/100 SCC in the background. So the fans turned on after a while at around 1500W load. Now previously I could have sworn that the two fans with the top hats blew warm air out, and drew cooling air thru the side vents. But right now my Rosie is drawing air in from the top hats and blowing warm air out of the side vents. Is that normal?

Brucey,
I believe that is backwards but I am checking on that now, can you tell me the serial # (Email me if you want ryan@midnitesolar.com) I want to see when it was built and by whom

7048(M) serial #6670. Bought it recently but I guess one of the early ones q2 23.

I also had an unexpected restart of it a couple weeks ago, lost ac output, heard fan ramp up like when it starts up, and AC back on within a few seconds. Previous to that was solid for weeks.

MNGP 24.3.29
Rosie 24.3.15

This was the one shipped out with the quiet mode jumper enabled.

Brucey,
I chatted with my engineering manager and this was his reply

The air is drawn in from the top and blows out the sides.  The early units were the opposite with the air drawn in from the sides and blown out the top.  The cooling difference is slight but it does turn out that the unit runs a little cooler with the air drawn from the top.

That random restart sounds exactly what I've had happen with no apparent cause. Still in monitoring mode as Rosie had a brain fart and restarted with factory installed firmware twice. I had one 'loss of power' even this week.

Thanks for checking Ryan. Good to know that's the normal flow for laying things out on the wall.

Hi Mike,

Was following along with your assorted issues sounds like its going back to the mother ship for eval?

I found the event code list looks like almost all of mine are related to firmware, may try a factory reset and fresh setup, I haven't been able to install the latest beta on this unit it comes back saying I have the latest version. Got the red blinking light on the mngp2 as well.
