Are the PowerFlo batteries designed in China?

The user manual appears to be written by a non native english speaker.  Somewhere I read that the AIO is manufactured in China but designed in the US.  Because of the user manual, I wondered if the PowerFlow was designed in China.  I don't have a good history with Chinese designed products.  That being said, I am happy with my Longi solar panels (2 years on).  If the PowerFlo is Chinese designed and MidNite really has confidence in the design, MidNite should really spend a little effort to edit the user manual.
