The AIO going into standby mode

Hi, I recently added a second AIO inverter and setup them up in parallel. Today I noticed the inverter going into standby mode (this is the second time) and I am not sure how to take it out of standby mode. When i log in via the app via bluetooth, under maintenance, the timer starts counting down 300s, and this is every time I log in via bluetooth while it is in standby. If I wait the timer out, after 300s, i have the option to turn off the inverter, and if I do so, it shuts down the other inverter... Then i have to turn both of them back on and then it works normal again.

My questions are:
* is there a way, other than the on/off button under maintenance, to get the system out of standby mode?
* why does it go into standby mode in the first place, and is there a way to change that so it doesn't, or is there a way to wake it up when there is a significant load?

Thanks
