Hawke's Aux Stuck On in SOC

I have the aux function set to %SOC Auto to run a relay to a water heating element.  I've played around with some different starting and ending points of %SOC at which the relay will be closed and then opened.  On 2 different tests the Aux comes on and closes the relay no problem, but well after surpassing the %SOC  that should turn off the aux and open the relay it remains on.

Is there a problem with Aux Auto %SOC.  I am running the current beta firmware for the HB. I have an aux that is not being used on the Rosie and may try that aux to see if the problem persists.

Also should I be utilizing "Waste Not" instead of %SOC to do my dump load into my heating element anyways?
