wind tamer wind turbines

has anyone ever heard of the windtamer wind turbine

They look kind of like a megaphone.

These have been discussed in forums that I have seen and there is something to the shroud
around it, and the shroud idea is not new. But these guys have a LOT of big claims that
I am very skeptical of.. Like..

It won't harm birds...  It's quiet...  Stuff like that.   Those are big flag raisers !

Also, if they were all that great,  the big turbines out in the wind farms would be using
a shroud.

yes i agree that's why i asked.they also claim no vibration judging from the size i would say more vibration.
