Gen pre-heat + start on SOC

Hi all,
I’m looking for a way to pre-heat a kohler generator (RES14kw) and to start it only after a 45mn delay in winter.
I was thinking at first to use a Morningstar relay driver to get it on voltage (46.3V), but now the owner wants me to change his FM60 for a Classic.
A relay driver would be easier but Classic Aux1 soc would be more accurate, I’m wondering if that would be possible to control both conditions (heating + start) from a Classic/WBjr on SOC?

Erik, is that gen in an unheated but insulated structure?  Avg neg temps? 
Thinking about the 45 Min time constraint... How many Amps does the block heater draw?
Min temp to start?

Allo Eric,
This gen is outside and actually the owner heats it manually with the 120V gen block heater from the inverter. Temps drop to -20C/-35C in winter regularly and to me it really needs to preheat a 30 to 45mn before to start. This heater should draw something like 500/600 watts/hr max and battery bank is 800ah/48V, so it's doable. Before he asked me for a classic, I wanted to use a relay driver and set it at 46.3V + delay, if I can't use Aux1 soc to control both conditions, that's what I will do.
