Wind Curve Programming Question

I have a 48v turbine ... does the cut-in voltage for the wind turbine have to match at 48v or can it be lower?  How much lower?

The cut-in voltage for any turbine must be at least, higher than the battery voltage.

Different turbines will have different cut-in voltages.  It just depends on the turbine and how its
coils or stator is wound.
