Sorry for the confusion. Meant to say 30MA at 12V to switch the 48V fan.

So, if you take a DC voltmeter and look at the voltage at the Aux 1 terminals, what is the measured
voltage there while Manual On and Manual Off with nothing else connected to the aux terminals ??

OK Guys!

I have the 3rd and new ss relay, standard RG-1 that mose others use for vent fans. Still the same. The classsic voltage fell to 0 as soon as the wires were attached to the relay. I decided to use the attached Outbacks 3600 FX 12v Aux 1 (which I forgot it had)and all 3 relays worked fine. Hmmmm. What did you give me with the last upload?

So the Aux output can't seem to drive ANYTHING ?  Even the SSR input ?

If you set Aux 1 for TOGGLE TEST, and set the 2 jumpers for internal relay, do you hear the Classic's internal aux relay in the
front of the circuit board click-click-click-click....  ??

It sure sounds to me like you have found an issue with the Aux 1 power feed. There is a PTC or resettable fuse on that line I wonder if it is defective? Any how we will be happy to repair it for you. Feel free to contact me about this I will take care of it for you.
