Sorry for a basic question.  I have a Midnite Solar 150-SL.  Installed last September.  I want to use the local application for monitoring.  It appears the Ethernet connectivity is built in.

When I opened the unit today, to connect an RJ45, the space has no RJ-45 connector and says "SL 150".

Does that mean I don't have Ethernet connectivity?  If so, where do I make the connection?  Where it says temp (two over, after the USB)?  Up higher where the panel connects?

I've attached two pictures... apparently I can only attach one so this is a picture of where the connector should be.

Thank you,

Guess you are out of luck . I just looked up that model Classic on a website and it says

"NOTE: The Classic SL model charge controllers are designed to only work with PV solar systems and will not work for wind or hydro. They also do not come with arc fault protection or Ethernet capability. Those features are only available on the standard Classic controllers"

Any chance you can return it and get a regular Classic ?

I see there is only about $45 price difference between the SL and regular model .
