Through wire routing with 2 Classic charge controllers into 1 Epanel.

I had hoped to wire 2 Classic lites to 1 E-panel, mounted side by side. I think I've even seen an OK for this, but I want to have my array disconnects in the E-panel so I have quite a few wires going through a small conduit, so can I combine my chassis grounds? What about the PV / battery negative? Is this just a pass through so I could just connect them from one classic to the other?

If I run the network cable out to switch box, and wire an AC switch box, will a wireless network adapter inside my electrical cabinet be a code no no?

I guess I could finish reading through the manual... so perhaps the questions are answered, but 'ya all are great, hope I'm not too sleepy, but cool weather is coming and I can't sleep thinking about getting this project moving...
