Classic 150 Voice Setup

I tried to set up voice but had no success. Does it supposed to work?
My settings: Classic Rev: 2193
Volume: 65, Audio: ChattyCathy, Message Interval: 1 minute, Quiet Time: Off
Reboot: yes after setting

Is the speaker in the MNGP hooked up?

How old is your Classic ? If it is an older one you also have to upload voice files to MNGP in case you didn't do that .

I have a blue cable plugged in to the top connector of the classic then to the MNGP so I assume the speaker is connected.
I bought the classic 150 in Feb of 2020 so I think it would have the latest software.

The speaker wire is inside the MNGP cover.

In this quick start guide on page 10 is shows you a good picture of the wire in question.

KyleM, you did it. I found the disconnected wire, put it on, and now she works. I looked all over the regular manual for the speaker, but could find nothing. Why would this be left out the main manual? Now hopefully she does not talk too much. It's a feature I do not need but since its there I want it to work.
