Inverter bypass w/ generator

Is there an existing solution for the following situation?

I have a primary / secondary panel setup with an ATS+generator between them.  I want to add an inverter (Midnite AIO) fed by primary panel and feeding secondary.  The generator and AC coupled PV will feed directly to the inverter's dedicated inputs for those.  The trick is that I want a simple to use bypass (ie spouse friendly) that reverts from the inverter setup to the original setup if anything goes wrong.

There are 3 connections (from primary, from gen, to secondary) which need to be changed by the switch.  Two of them would ideally be 100A, although 60A might do.  The generator is only about 30-40A.

Any solutions?

Just so I Understand you would add the AIO and feed it Grid in and Gen in separately essentially removing the ATS but would like something to replace the ATS manually IF the AIO should fail or go off line etc?
