I still get relay error on 2 of my 5 Classics pretty much daily.

FYI: minor thing, but the "web access" toggle isn't functional.

Ok looking into it now. Is this the latest Beta firmware in the Classic as well? If not what version?

I've just discovered that the Live data exports from the latest beta Local App V0.3.22 appears to be missing the Battery Voltage since the change to the CSV file to add the date/time formula in column A and the Seconds in column B the next column should be Battery Voltage and it contains data for the PV Input Voltage. Looking at the CSV file as a TXT file clearly shows that all the columns are shifted one column to the left with the Battery Voltage column having the data for PV Input Voltage. Rolling back to V0.3.17 shows the correct data in the CSV export of Live Data. Sorry haven't been able to report this earlier since I have been out of WiFi range and thus no internet service for over a week. And I will be out of range again very shortly until at least Friday. See attached Excel sheet. My batteries are 12V. You can see all the data is shifted by one column with the actual Battery Voltage missing.

While I know you guys don't want to spend any more time on the Local App I hope this gets resolved before releasing the Local App as production.

Ryan-

Finally installed the latest BETA Version 0.3.22 today, and see that I have a problem with live data. When I first saw the little circling doodad, I thought "Well, that's new." Version 0.3.17, which is what I just updated from, went immediately to the graph with no circling 'waiting' indicator. Unfortunately, this circling waiting indicator just churns away indefinitely; the app never loads live data. I have checked a value to chart.

I'm attaching a screenshot. Any ideas?

That is an odd one? What happens if you restart the app and try again? If that's a no go I would probably use the windows uninstaller to delete the App and re install it.

Ryan-

Yes, I've already tried stopping and re-starting the app numerous times...no go. I'll uninstall and re-install and check it tonight when I get home and let you know.

Thanks.

Dave;

Just out of curiosity what operating system are you using? Windows, Mac, Linux or ??

Are you using the latest Adobe AIR?

I notice oddities using it under Linux.

Uninstall and reinstall sounds like a good first step.

Good luck with it.

Tom-

This laptop is running plain jane Windows 7. I believe I do have the latest version of Adobe Air installed (it seems like it wants to update itself every time I turn around...  :) ) That is Version 3.6.0.6090 (March 14, 2013).

I also have the older version of the app (0.3.17) on another laptop running Windows XP. If a re-install does not work on this machine, I'll install the BETA app version on the XP machine also and see if I get the same issue.

Thanks, Tom.

Ryan (and Tom)-

OK, so I uninstalled and re-installed the BETA app on this Windows 7 machine (Adobe Air Version 3.6.0.6090, the latest version) and checked for live data functionality when I got home. No go: just the same churning 'loading' icon.

I then uninstalled the version 0.3.17 Local App (which had live data streaming) from my Windows XP laptop and installed the 0.3.22 BETA app on that machine. I still had live data with the new install. I wondered whether it was possibly some issue with the version of Adobe Air on the XP machine (which was one version earlier, Version 3.5.0.600). I installed the latest Adobe Air version on that XP machine (same now as on the Windows 7 machine: Version 3.6.0.6090) and I still have live data function with the BETA app on the XP machine.

So, my simple-minded logic concludes that it may be an issue with Windows 7? Any other reports supporting that hypothesis?

Thanks!

I'm using Win7 32bit on a laptop with Live Data. Although at times I have seen it take a while to load the graphs.

Thanks, John. I'm running Windows 7 Professional, SP1, 64-bit. I must confess that understanding whether that would make any difference or not is beyond my limited knowledge of CPU operation...  :( I do believe that Tom was/is having issues with Adobe Air on his Linux systems; I don't know if they are 64-bit or not. I know Adobe Air does not support 64-bit Linux.

(I just thought I'd uninstall and re-install Adobe Air and, lo and behold and true to form, there's another, new version of Adobe Air out since the middle of last month: Version 3.7. Installed it and still no joy).
