Anemometer suggestions

Does someone have a suggestion for an anemometer that can be attached to my single pole wind turbine tower about 100ft. up?  I would like it to transmit live data wirelessly and be battery powered and/or somehow tap into the turbine power.  It would be located about 400ft. away from the house and has some trees that may block the signal slightly.  I also don't want to spend an arm and a leg for this... I could handle any programming necessary to receive the anemometer data.

Hi David, I this may be overkill for what you want, but I have had a great experience with the Wireless Davis vantage pro 2 system.

It has a full weather station and a remote receiver.   

You can buy a separate transmitter that I think you can use to gather and transmit just the anemometer data:

I am a novice, and I don't have wind turbine.  But I have been using it to collect data related to my site.  I have been surprised at how far this system will transmit.  I have the weather station and the receiver separated by a 1/4 mile of light density pine, with the receiver is inside a trailer.
