Hmm Interesting...


Looks like they are going to enable the Mate3 to talk / upload data to the cloud. I have not been able to find out any more information about it besides this pdf:

The site says that you can monitor AND CONTROL the system....  We'll see if control is part of it.
They did not want people to control their system over the net before but the regime has changed
so maybe they have changed their minds now ?

Ive been playing with the Beta, and so far its pretty cool I am looking forward to seeing the control portion of it!

Will do on the updates, it seems to be getting harder all the time to get stuff done on my own off grid system.  Today's tasks are to mount my new Beta Kid in the CC section and do some gutter work so I can install the 30 panels patiently waiting in the garage.  The biggest question I have is how much room do I need to make for my Midnite Inverter? my wall is patiently waiting :)

Outback's OPTICS-RE has taken me away from Midnite Solar for now. I exchanged my Classic for an FM80 and I can monitor and control everything online now; my outback inverter, CC, Mate 3, FNDC. I can turn off/on my inverter from anywhere on the internet.
