It looks like the Classic 150 will take #4 wire to the mechanical terminals? Couldn't find this addressed in the manual.

Am (almost) certain that the Classic terminal block will accept #4 AWG Building Wire.  In the USA  cable like THHN should work-- 19 conductor type cable,  NOT Fine Stranded

It may be a bit of a tight fit into the block.

#4 AWG IS listed in the Breaker Sizing Table in the Classic Manual Appendix ...

Will try to look in Threads here,  as it has come up before.  FWIW,  73,    Vic

The Classic's DC terminal connectoris located on the circuit board as shown in. The connector will take up to a #4 AWG. #4 AWG THHN when installed in the Classic and MidNite E Panel is rated for over 100 amps and is therefore suitable for the highest power available from the Classic 150.

I THINK that the DIN rail breakers that many of us use will only accept up to #6 AWG

You could use MNEDC Panel Mount breakers --  with ratings to 100 A.

AND,  these DIN-Rail breakers sized at 80 and 100 Amps,  accept up to # 2 AWG,  but occupy two DIN breaker spaces:
