Hi there.

First post here and unfortunately it's with a problem.

Today whilst doing my daily check on our Off Grid system I noticed that the LED display on one (1) of two (2) Classic 150's was blank. Upon closer inspection the LED readout was there but very very faint. The readout on the second unit is AOK.

These units were installed by me back on the 28th July 2015. All has been working well until today. Any thoughts on what the problem maybe ?.

Did you try the menu Misc - MNGP - Contrast  ? See if that makes any difference - if not sounds like something is messed up with that part of the circuit . You could also try a VMM reset but save your settings first with Local Status app so you can reload them. Or did you try unplugging the MNGP and plugging it back in again ? Or repower the Classic ?  I would try all those things first so see if does anything.  Or also maybe  take the MNGP out of the one that is working and exchange it with the other Classic to see if anything changes.

Also check the MNGP battery, occasionally there is some glue left on the back from the strip used while in transit.. also check its voltage...

Thanks for the replies.

All seems to be OK now since shutting system down and rebooting. Display is still not as bright as the other Classic 150, but quite readable. We had a couple of warm days (36C) since the fault and no problem. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that is the last of the problem/fault. :-\

I will be installing a thermometer in the Cabinet and Battery box for future reference.

Thanks again for the replies. Barry.
