So i had some leftover unusable Jacobs wind parts, and some spare time on my hands so i built a light fixture with the leftovers.  the cast for the governor was broke, so I welded it back together, made new stub shafts because the old ones we bent, and painted the old, somewhat rotten blade.  I think it turned out OK for a light in the shed.

Unfortunately, there are very few people who actually know what this is.  Most of the visitors i have over  to my house ask what kind of airplane its off of.  I tell the a B-52... :)

thanks
Dustin

Nice "shed".  Nice light too.  Get some wind in there, and it could be self-illuminating.
