Hi,

Not sure if Midnite solar staff peruse these forums but I have lodged two support tickets and tried registering with the support ticket site and have received no confirmation emails for anything. Checked the usual junk mail and all the rest and not a sausage. Maybe I have been brabded a serial pest ,I don't know

Has anyone else had any issues or is it just me (probably).

I seem to recall it an be hit and miss, Say isn't tomorrow  TGIF day, (our time now 20;37, Thurs.)....

You are not alone, there is some issue with the ticket system, maybe only on a certain platform,
I use iPad's iOS software and I cannot enter a trouble ticket,  email raechel@midnitesolar.com or call them, they will fix you right up
