I can't see how have 2 different solar arrays on 2 separate controllers & the 2 different arrays are faced in different directions will work well in Follow me ,

I agree. I can't figure out what advantage Follow-me gives in this situation.
I would also have connected both arrays to one Classic.

even is 1 string has Vmp of 73 and the other Vmp115.2?

should i just parallel these 2 strings together?

2 solar systems in progress;
1. 24V interstate battery; 5x sanyo hit 190Watt in parallel to classic 150-SL + 8x Shell 140 watt series/parallel to classic 150-Sl (follow me).

2. 48V aquion battery; 6x panasonic HIT 325, 6x suniva 315,  CC TBD.

only if the Vmp is near same on both strings, you hadn't said before  they were different or did I miss that info?
Have you considered a sig/info with your profile that details what equipment/PVs etc you are using. That basic info would make answering questions a lot easier and relevant.
I would still have considered trying to use just one Classic and reconfiguring the PVs to get closer Vmps

NO do not Parallel them , you have two classics ?
Use them both & post your panel harvest sizing .
Set the later harvest classic to what the batterys top charging s are so it will take over & let the first morning classic start , is how I would do it . say .5 of a volt lower & check with DVM while working & adjust in tweaks to read main batterys correct . SAme as afternoons setup.
