Hi there, I have seen another thread related to this but it is quite old so I am seeing if there has been a work around. I updated my Classic 200 yesterday to 2096. Updates completed successfully with no errors but my MNGP is now a blank screen with backlight only. I did a factory reset (using jumpers) to no effect. I am running Windows 10 which seems to have some issues. Is there a way to roll back the firmware or is there a way to get a copy of the old firmware and reload it? One thing to mention, I purchased this Classic second hand (although it was never turned on) so it had original firmware form 2013 and I loaded 2096. Perhaps I need to update firmware in sequence?

I have started a ticket but I thought I may as well tackle the problem from a couple of different directions. Any help would be very appreciated!

So I issued a Support Ticket this morning at 7:30AM and was sent an MSI installer for Windows 10 by noon. Ran the new updater (which included newer firmware) and was back up and running in minutes! Everything running great. If anyone has a similar problem you can issue a support ticket but I expect this fix will be included in the next firmware release.

Pretty happy with my choice of controller so far!
